Where is your centre located?

Jalan Damai, KLCC branch – We’re located at 49, Jalan Damai, Kampung Datuk Keramat, 55000 Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur. It’s a double-story bungalow opposite The Children Discovery House and near Raffles College. It is within a 2.0 km radius from Petronas Twin Tower.

Menara Shell, KL Sentral branch – We’re on level 4, Menara Shell, on Jalan Tun Sambathan, Brickfields. Just take the elevator near RHB Menara Shell, and stop on the 4th floor.

KL Eco City (Midvalley/Bangsar) – M-01, Level Mezzanine, KL Eco City Mall, No.3, Jalan Bangsar 59200 Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. We are located at Mezzanine Floor of KL Eco City Mall near Midvalley Megamall and The Gardens Mall.

How do I register my kids to your daycare?

The first step is to make an appointment for the centre of your choice. Once you have decided to sign up with Little Playhouse, we will check availability. If there is no waitlist, you may join immediately. If there is a waitlist, you will be given a tentative start date. Please fill up our online registration form and make full settlement of the initial registration payment in order to secure your booking.

What is the minimum age, you’re accepting?

We accept infants from the age of 2 months old.

Infant Care: 3 Months – 12 Months – full day only
Safari Playgroup: 2 years old – Half day & Full day
Sunshine Preschool: 3 years old – half day & full day
Rainbow Preschool: 4 years old – half day & full day

Explorer Preschool: 5 years – half day & full day

Voyager Preschool: 6 years old – half day & full day

Transit (after-school daycare service) 7-year-old – Half-day only

How much does it cost to join your childcare?

Our fees are ranging from RM1350 – RM2050 monthly according to the age group. Please refer here to the pricing table here.

Do you have discount for siblings?

Yes, siblings enjoy up to 20% discount from the lower sibling’s monthly fee. (10% if it’s half day package)

Is the payment term monthly or per term? What are the method of payment?

Per month payable by the 1st of every month in advance. The management will issue E-Invoice on the 20th day of the previous month, and parents are obligated to make payment latest by the 7th of the month

Late payment fee

The management reserves the right to impose a RM100 late payment fee, on payments made after the 7th day of the month.

What should I do if I want to terminate my registration, and do I get back the initial payment that I had made?

My child had to stop attending immediately due to personal issues, what is the procedure if I wish to re-send my child again?

You will need to email us at littleplayhouse@creschlink.com to check on availability. If there is a vacancy at that point, you may rejoin by continuing to pay for your monthly fees. There is no need to make enrolment payments again.

Can I send my child on a short term basis?

Yes – however, you will need to inform us at least one week earlier, and it will be subject to availability.

Can it be considered as half day if I send my child at 10 am and pick up at 3pm?

No. The hours for half-day packages are 8am – 12noon. You may send your child at any time convenient in the morning, however, the absolute latest time you can extend pickup is at 1pm.

What is the overtime charges for late pick ups?

Half day
1:00pm – 1.30pm : RM 10.00
1:31pm – 2:00pm : RM 20.00
Thereafter, RM10 for every 15 minutes

Full day
6:31-7:00pm : RM 10.00
7:01-7:15pm : RM 20.00
7:16-7:30pm : RM 30.00
Thereafter, adding RM10, every 15 minutes

Can I freeze my monthly payment?

When a parent request for fee waiver for non attendance, this means that the registration is effectively suspended

While this is allowed, our system automatically offers any vacant spots to parents on the waitlist when there is a withdrawal/suspension in daycare groups.

Any request for re-entry at a future date, will depend on availability at the time of request.

If there are no vacancies, parents may need to wait for a withdrawal before being allocated a spot in the daycare group.

Alternatively, parents who would like to secure their spot, in cases whereby they will be away for 1 calendar month, they may do so by freezing their registration (for a duration of no more than 1 month) .

If a registration is froze, the vacancy will not be offered to parents in the waitlist.

The fee is 25% of the monthly daycare fees.
